We like to think this refreshing drink is named after our Hampton Fibreglass Pool – just like the Hampton Fibreglass Pool, this drink is the perfect accompaniment to a warm Perth day! A Factory Pools Perth swimming pool and a minty iced green tea really are a match made in heaven!
All you need to make this a reality are fresh mint leaves, green tea bags, ice, honey or agave and fresh lavender leaves (optional, but it adds a nice touch).
Simply crush the mint with clean hands, add the green tea bags and pour hot water over the top, leaving a few inches of room. Chill for 4-6 hours. Lastly, remove the tea bags and serve over ice. Add honey or agave to sweeten, and a few fresh Lavender leaves for decoration if you have them on hand.
